Mayuri plant

The Mayuri plant, scientifically known as Thunbergia mysorensis, is a striking vine native to the Western Ghats region of India. It belongs to the Acanthaceae family and is commonly referred to as the Indian clock vine or Mysore trumpetvine.

Appearance: Mayuri is renowned for its pendulous clusters of uniquely shaped flowers, which resemble vivid, yellow and maroon bird beaks or parrot-like blooms. These flowers hang gracefully from the vine, creating a spectacular display during the blooming season.
